 Booking Policies, Cancellations, No-Shows, Late Arrivals

My booking system operates on a 60-day rolling calendar. Every day, all new available appointment slots will automatically show up for the date 2 months from then, if they fall on a Tu/Th/Fr/Su. Wednesday appointments are for personal training and scheduled with me directly via email. There will be times where all session times are fully booked so please check back later! You may also consider submitting the waiting list form to try for an earlier time:  https://www.organicitywellness.com/waiting-list. No charges are made during booking. Schedulista's online scheduling software securely captures a credit card to guarantee an appointment slot. Charges will only be made in-person after your appointment, in the event of a "no-show" or late cancellation. You can choose to use the credit card that you booked with, provide a different card, use cash, Venmo, or redeem a package credit(s). Personal checks not accepted.


Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair,  24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This is done easily by clicking to cancel via the original email booking confirmation. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours of advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. 

Please opt-in for text/SMS reminders up to 3 hours before your session. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. 

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
